Crack the secret four-color code before you run out of guesses. On Easy, the computer uses four different colors. On Hard, the same color may appear more than once.
Pick four colors for your guess, then submit it. After each guess, feedback pegs show how close you are. A BLACK peg means one color is exactly right and in the right spot. A WHITE peg means one color is in the secret code but belongs in a different spot. Empty feedback spaces mean those guessed colors did not help.
You win when all four positions are correct before the guess limit is reached. If you use all 10 guesses without matching the code, the secret is revealed.
Start with different colors to learn what is in the code. Use the black and white pegs together, move one color at a time, and remember that repeats are allowed. Try not to guess randomly once you have clues.
